Darren Gacicia is a Director and Senior Analyst covering the oilfield services & equipment industries at Guggenheim Securities, LLC. He is a 15-year Wall Street veteran. Prior to joining Guggenheim Securities, LLC, Mr. Gacicia worked at Vertical Research Partners and Dahlman Rose as the Lead Oil Services Analyst. Mr. Gacicia was previously a Vice President on the top-ranked oil services & shipping research team at Morgan Stanley. During his time following the energy sector at Morgan Stanley, he emerged as a central player in their oil services and offshore contract driller coverage. Mr. Gacicia expanded his knowledge of the oil market as the Lead Shipping Analyst. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Gacicia held energy research roles on the utilities team at UBS Securities and energy and utilities teams at Citigroup Asset Management, where he covered the Russian, European and Latin American oil & gas sectors with Lead Analyst responsibilities. Mr. Gacicia earned his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he was Co-President of the Investment Association, holds an A.B. in government & legal studies and economics from Bowdoin College, and graduated from the Delbarton School in New Jersey.
