HARVEY SCHULWEIS has been the Chief Executive Officer of The Town
& Country Trust since October 1997 and the President of the Trust
since its formation in May 1993. Mr. Schulweis has been the
President of Schulweis Realty, Inc., a private real estate
investment and development firm, since 1991. Formerly a general
partner of Lazard Freres & Co., he is a Certified Public
Accountant and was a partner in a predecessor firm to Ernst &
