Hans H. Estin – North American Management Corporation

HANS H. ESTIN, Vice Chairman of North American Management Corp., is a graduate of Harvard College and holds honorary doctorates from Merrimack College and Boston University. During the Korean War, he served as a U.S. Air Force pilot from 1951-1955. Beginning in 1956, Mr. Estin was principally engaged in managing investments in a private family office. In 1974, that office merged with North American Management when he became Vice Chairman. He serves as a Trustee of the Putnam Group of Mutual Funds, and for many years served as a Director of The Boston Company and The Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company. He is a Corporation Member of The Schepens Eye Research Institute, as well as a member of the Board of Overseers of the Boys' and Girls' Clubs of Boston. He is a Trustee of the New England Aquarium. He was formerly Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Boston University and served for many years as Honorary Counsel of Belgium in Boston. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. (FAP501)(6542) Profile
