GUY J. QUIGLEY, Chairman, President and CEO of The Quigley Corporation,
has built several successful businesses throughout Europe, Africa and
the United States. He founded The Quigley Corporation in 1989 and has
been the driving force behind its growth from its inception. He has
transitioned the company from a small health and nutrition company
focused on nutrition bars into a public company with a top selling over
the counter cold remedy business, and a subsidiary pharmaceutical
research and development company. Although much of his time is spent
working to insure the success of The Quigley Corporation's 2001
diversification strategy, Mr. Quigley enjoys traveling and spending time
at his home in Fountainville, Pennsylvania, with his wife, children and
