Garrett K. Krause – Sara Hallitex Corporation (shal)

GARRETT K. KRAUSE, President and CEO of both Sara Hallitex Corporation and Janus International, Inc., began his career in 1986 (while studying finance at the University of Calgary) by developing a Point of Sale/Inventory Control Software Company. Within two years and after reaching sales of over $3 million U.S., his company was acquired by a large competitor. At twenty-one years old, Krause began his own financial consulting business, acting as 'deal making' conduit between a variety of new technologies and perspective investors. After solidifying scores of these transactions, he founded his own venture banking firm, Sara Hallitex Corporation and created the Sara-IPO-Dividend Program to launch unique companies and technologies into the public market.
