FREDERICK F. SEARS, JR. is the Chief Investment Officer of Investors
Capital Corporation. He is also the Portfolio Manager for the Investors
Capital Twenty Fund, a mutual fund sponsored by Investors Capital Twenty
Funds. Prior to Investors Capital, Mr. Sears founded Clermont Capital
