FRANCIS D. JOHN has been President of Key Energy Services, Inc. since
June 1988. He became Chairman of the Board in March 1996. Prior to
joining the company, Mr. John was Executive Vice President of Delmed,
Inc. financial positions with Unisys, Mack Trucks and Arthur Andersen &
Co., LLP. Mr. John graduated with honors from Seton Hall University with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master's in Business
