ULRICH PELZER joined Lehman Brothers' in 2000 as an Analyst in the IT
hardware sector. He is responsible for the coverage of European
semiconductors and related hardware areas, such as components for
optical networking and laser technology. Mr. Pelzer has been an Analyst
covering semiconductors for over three years. He was ranked in the
Reuters Electronic & Electrical Equipment Survey in 2000. Prior to
joining Lehman Brothers, he worked at BHF-Bank. Mr. Pelzer holds a
Master's degree (Dipl.-Kfm.) in Business Administration at European
Business School and a Master's degree (Dipl.-Vkw.) in Economics at
