Jeffrey M. Silber is a Managing Director and Senior Analyst at BMO Capital Markets Corp., covering the business services and education sectors, including the staffing, information services, business process outsourcing and online recruitment industries. He publishes two periodic industry reports: an annual overview of the education and training industry and the “Staffing Indicator,” on staffing services. Mr. Silber: I cover two distinct groups. Within the education sector we cover the for-profit colleges, but we’ve
