ULLAS NAIK is a Senior Vice President and Analyst in the Technology
Research Group of FAC Equities, a division of First Albany Corporation
where he covers e-business services and e-commerce companies. Mr. Naik
was one of the founding analysts of the First Albany/META Group
Technology Research alliance. Previously, he worked in First Albany's
research department following client/server software companies. Prior to
joining First Albany, Mr. Naik lived in India where he founded a
specialty chemicals trading company. He received an M.B.A. from Bentley
