Dick Saalfeld – Axa Rosenberg

M. MAUREEN FREEMAN Is Deputy Chief Investment Officer and has oversight responsibilities for the North American investment process and strategy implementation at AXA Rosenberg. She also has responsibility for the portfolio management and client relationships for a number or AXA Rosenberg's institutional clients. Ms. Freeman joined the firm in 1987 and, as AXA Rosenberg's products and clients have grown over the years, has applied her depth of knowledge to investment management and implementation. Before joining AXA Rosenberg, she worked as a financial consultant and capital markets analyst. Ms. Freeman holds an MBA degree in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Profile
DICK SAALFELD is President and Chief Executive Officer of AXA Rosenberg. Prior to founding the firm, he was Chairman and CEO of CoreLink Resources, Inc., a third-party marketing organization that helps mutual funds expand their distribution of investment products through banks. Mr. Saalfeld was Chairman and CEO of Equitec Financial Group, an Oakland-based mutual fund, and from 1969 to 1988, an executive with Bank of America. His last position with BofA was Executive Vice President of the North America Division, where he was responsible for delivery of commercial banking products and services to corporate and institutional clients in the US, Canada and Mexico. Mr. Saalfeld also headed the bank's private banking operation, as well as its UK/Scandinavia/Ireland and San Francisco corporate offices.
