Dian Taylor – Artesian Resources Corporation (artna)

JOSEPH A. DiNUNZIO became Senior Vice President and Secretary of Artesian Resources Corporation and subsidiaries in March 2000. Mr. DiNunzio previously served as Vice President and Secretary of Artesian Resources Corporation and subsidiaries from January 1995. He served as Secretary of Artesian Resources Corporation and subsidiaries from July 1992 to January 1995. Prior to joining Artesian, Mr. DiNunzio was employed by Price Waterhouse. Mr. DiNunzio is the current Chairman of the Delaware Chapter of the National Association of Water Companies. He is a founding member of the New Castle County Economic Development Council. He is also a member of the Water Supply Coordinating Council for New Castle County Delaware, the Source Water Assessment and Protection Program's Citizens and Technical Advisory Committee, and a member of the Delaware Legislative Drinking Water Task Force. DIAN C. TAYLOR has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Artesian Resources Corporation and its subsidiary, Artesian Water Company, Inc., for 12 years. She has also been Chair of the Board for 11 years. In addition, Ms. Taylor has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc., another subsidiary of Artesian Resources Corporation, for eight years, and is President of AquaStructure Delaware, LLC. Before joining Artesian, Ms. Taylor was President and owner of Achievement Resources, Inc., a training, consulting and human resource development company. From 1982 until 1985, Ms. Taylor served as a National Marketing Director and a National Development Director of SMI International, Inc. Ms. Taylor serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the NAWC, (National Association of Water Companies,) the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, and The Committee of 100. She is a Trustee of Christiana Care Corporation, and of the Grand Opera. She is also a member of the Delaware Business Roundtable. Ms. Taylor previously was a Commissioner for the Delaware River and Bay Authority; she served on the Board of Goldey Beacom Business College, the Delaware Economic and Financial Advisory Council, and the Delaware Council on Economic Education. DAVID B. SPACHT has served as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Artesian Resources Corporation and subsidiaries since 1995. He joined Artesian Water Company in 1980 and has held various positions including Controller from 1987-1995. His current responsibilities include the presentation of extensive testimony before the Delaware Public Service Commission regarding water rates and other regulatory matters.
