RICKY GOLDWASSER is a Director at UBS Warburg LLC. She joined the

Research Group in March 1999. Prior to joining UBS Warburg, she worked
as a Research Associate in Salomon Smith Barney's Health Care Group, and
in Salomon Brother's Israeli Technology Group. Prior to that, she worked
as a consultant in Israel. Ms. Goldwasser received her MBA in Finance
