DAVID B. MULLEN joined Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. as
President and Chief Financial Officer in August 1997. From January 1995
to June 1997, Mr. Mullen was Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise
Systems, Inc., a leading healthcare information services company
providing resource management solutions to large integrated healthcare
networks. Mr. Mullen managed the company's Initial Public Offering and
secondary offering. HBO & Company of Atlanta acquired Enterprise in 1997
in a stock transaction valued in excess of $250 million. Prior to
joining Enterprise, Mr. Mullen served in a number of positions at CCC
Information Services, Inc., a provider of information systems to the
country's largest property and casualty insurers, including Vice
Chairman, President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, the
company grew from $17 million to more than $100 million in revenue and
is now publicly traded. Mr. Mullen holds an AB degree from Princeton
University and an MBA degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr.
Mullen serves on the Executive Board of the Northeast Council of the Boy
Scouts of America, as well as a number of other public and private
