David Moore – Corinthian Colleges Inc (coco)

DAVID G. MOORE is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Corinthian Colleges Inc. Mr. Moore is one of the Founders of Corinthian and has served as Chief Executive Officer as well as a member of the company's Board of Directors since Corinthian's inception in July 1995. In August 2001, Mr. Moore was elected Chairman of the Board. In addition, he served as the company's President from its inception until October 2002. Immediately prior to founding Corinthian, Mr. Moore was President of a subsidiary of National Education Centers, Inc. From 1992 to 1994, he served as President of DeVry Institute of Technology in Los Angeles, where he developed DeVry's West Coast growth strategy. From 1980 to 1992, he was employed by Mott Community College in Flint, Michigan, where he was President from 1984 to 1992, Dean, Management from 1982 to 1984 and Dean, Management Information Systems from 1980 to 1982. From 1960 to 1980, Mr. Moore served a distinguished career in the U. S. Army, retiring at the rank of Colonel. Mr. Moore holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Puget Sound and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Political Science) from Seattle University. He has also completed the Management of Higher Education Program at Harvard University, post-graduate studies in Higher Education Management at the University of Michigan and graduate study and research in Computer Science at Kansas State University. Colleges and a picture of what you're doing at the present time?

Mr. Moore: Four partners and I started the corporation in
