DAVID H. WEINSTEIN is a Managing Director of the Asset Management

Manager and on the Executive Research Committee, Mr. Weinstein has been
an employee of Joseph Charles & Associates for over three years. Prior
to joining Joseph Charles, he was a Senior Account Executive and
technical stock analyst for Comprehensive Capital Inc. and a Vice
President of Corporate Finance at G.K. Scott Investment Bankers. Mr.
Weinstein earned his Masters of Public Management from the University of
Maryland after earning his BA from St. John's College in Annapolis. Profile
