DAVID EDWARDS is President and Primary Portfolio Manager of Heron
Capital Management , Inc. He founded the company in January 1994. Prior
to that, Mr. Edward spent 12 years developing investment products and
quantitative trading models for Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Nomura
Securities. Mr. Edwards is a graduate of Hamilton College and holds an
M.B.A. in General Management from Darden Graduate School of Business
(University of Virginia). He has been quoted in 'Barron's ' and has
