DAVID M. DOMINY is President and Chief Executive Officer of McCoy Bros.
Inc. He was with TransCanada PipeLines Limited from 1966 where he served
as President of wholly owned TransCanada PipeLines Services Limited
starting in 1997. Mr. Dominy was Chief Financial Officer of Alberta
Natural Gas Company Ltd., and held a variety of senior positions at the
Toronto Dominion Bank and Toronto Dominion Securities Inc. Mr. Dominy is
a graduate of the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at
