DARREN RICHARDSON was appointed COO of Mad Catz Interactive, Inc.,
following GTR's acquisition of the company in September 1999. Mr.
Richardson focuses on the integration of Mad Catz into GTR, as well as
the development and implementation of Mad Catz's strategy moving
forward. Prior to joining Mad Catz, he served in several senior
management capacities with Games Trader, including Chief Operating
