MICHAEL A. MOHR is a Founding Principal of Arden Group. He was a former
Portfolio Manager for SunTrust Bank, where he spent his entire career
working with high net-worth individuals and families. Mr. Mohr is a

DANA HOLLIS HALBERG is a Founding Principal of Arden Group. She was
previously associated with The Investment Centre (the US Investment arm
of Life of Georgia and its parent, Nationale-Nederlanden). Ms. Halberg
was also a Portfolio Manager in the trust and investment management
department of SunTrust Bank. She is active in community activities in
the Atlanta area. Ms. Halberg is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She
earned a BA from Gustavus Adolphus College and an MBA from the
