Christopher Calisi – Overland Storage Inc

VERNON LoFORTI joined Overland Storage, Inc., in December 1995 as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and was instrumental in the company's initial public offering in February 1997. He also currently holds the post of Secretary of Overland Storage, Inc., and is the company's primary investor relations contact. From 1992 to 1995 Mr. LoForti was CFO of Priority Pharmacy, a privately-held national mail- order pharmacy based in San Diego. From 1981 to 1992, he was Vice President of Finance at Intermark, Inc., a billion dollar publicly-held conglomerate based in LaJolla, California. Mr. LoForti began his career in public accounting where he served diverse clients from the Los Angeles office of Price Waterhouse. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, is a California CPA and is active in Financial Executives International, where he is a past President of the San Diego Chapter. CHRISTOPHER CALISI joined Overland Storage, Inc., in March 2001 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Overland Storage, Inc., he was Chief Executive Officer of eHelp Corporation, a leading provider of Internet Development Tools. Prior to eHelp, Mr. Calisi held several Senior Executive positions with Symantec Corporation. As Vice President of Symantec's Communications Division, he was responsible for growing the division through strong brand management and the management of several key strategic acquisitions for a portfolio of market leading software solutions. Additionally, Mr. Calisi held the interim position of Vice President of Asia Pacific sales and marketing at Symantec, helping to open new markets for the company. Prior to Symantec he held various positions in sales and product development with Unify Corporation and Computer Associates. Mr. Calisi holds a BSCS from the State University of New York and has completed management programs at both the Harvard School of Business and The Wharton School of Business. Profile
