CHARLES R. WHITCHURCH joined Zebra Technologies Corporation as Chief
Financial Officer and Treasurer in 1991. Mr. Whitchurch also serves as a
member of the Board of Directors, and is the designated financial expert
and Chairman of the Audit Committee, of SPSS, Inc., a Chicago-based
provider of predictive analytic and statistical tools software. From
1981 until 1991, he served as Vice President, Finance, of Corcom, Inc.,
a technology company specializing in the control of radio frequency
interference. Mr. Whitchurch previously held positions as Chief
Financial Officer of Resinoid Engineering Corporation and as Corporate
Services Officer with the Harris Bank in Chicago. Mr. Whitchurch earned
a BA in Economics (Phi Beta Kappa) from Beloit College and an MBA from
Stanford University in 1973. Profile
