CHARLES SKEELE is Cirmaker Technology Corporation's General Manager,
United States Operations. Formerly, he was a co-founder of Microsource
CAD/CAM and served as its President and CEO for 13 years until its sale
to the Baan Company in 1997. He has recently served as a startup CEO,
director or management advisor to several information technology
companies. He holds a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from the

Mr. Skeele: The name Cirmaker is derived from 'circuit maker.' Bill
Liao, who is the CEO and Chairman of the Board, founded the company in
Taiwan in 1984.
