CHARLES BISCIEGLIA is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and
Director of South Jersey Industries, Inc. He also holds the
titles of Director and Chief Executive Officer for South Jersey
Gas Company, an affiliate of South Jersey Industries. Currently,
he is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Shore Memorial
Hospital and a member of the Atlantic County United Way Board of
Directors. Most recently, he served as the Atlantic County United
Way Chairman, the Honorary Chairman of the Hispanic Alliance of
Atlantic County's annual Festival, Honorary Chairman for the
Eighth Annual Special Olympics New Jersey Fall Golf Classic and a
member of Atlantic City's Columbus Day Parade Committee. Active
in the industry, Mr. Bisceieglia serves on the Boards of
Directors of the New Jersey Utilities Association, the New Jersey
State Chamber of Commerce and the American Gas Association. Profile
