Carlos Bachrach – Investing In Latin America

MIGUEL BACHRACH is Founder of Bachrach Investment Management, L.P. and is Co-manager of Pareto Latin American Partners, L.P., Pareto Latin American Fund and Bachrach Latin American Income Fund, all dedicated Latin American investment vehicles. Prior to forming the firm, he was a Senior Operations Evaluator/Senior Economist for the Inter-American Development Bank and worked as an Economist at the World Bank. Mr. Bachrach earned a BA in Economics from the Catholic University in Lima, Peru, and an MA and PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge, England. Profile

Prior to joining Bachrach Investment Management, L.P. he was a Manager at the Policy Economics Group of KPMG Peat Marwick focusing on Latin America. He also participated in various research and consulting projects with Cambridge Systematics of Israel, the National Bureau of Economic Research and J.P. Morgan Inc. Mr. Bachrach earned BA and MA Degrees in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel and a PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Profile
