ADAM WALDO is a Senior Vice President covering North American Business &
Profes-sional Services companies for Lehman Brothers. Prior to joining
Lehman Brothers, he was the North American Business & Professional Ser-
vices Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston and Morgan Stanley and had
been a consultant in the consumer marketing and customer retention
practice groups at Bain & Company. Mr. Waldo received his MBA in Finance
and Marketing from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate
School of Management and his BA in Political Science from the University
