BRYAN D. STOLLE is a co-Founder of Agile Software Corp. and has served
as President and Chief Executive Officer as well as a member of Agile's
Board of Directors since inception in March 1995. Mr. Stolle has been
involved with manufacturing applications for over 15 years. Prior to co-
founding Agile, from 1987 to 1994, Mr. Stolle served as Director of
Product and Strategic Marketing at Sherpa Corporation, a developer of
enterprise production product data management software. From 1983 to
1987 Mr. Stolle served as Marketing Officer at Rexcom Systems, a
software company also co-founded by Mr. Stolle. Mr. Stolle holds a BA in
Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Texas at
