BRUCE J. BENTCOVER is Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer, Edwards Lifesciences Corporation. He joined Edwards
Lifesciences in January 2000. From 1997 through 1998 he was Chief
Operating and Financial Officer of the Women's Healthcare Management
Group, a private physician practice management company that he co-
founded. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Resort Condominiums International, Vice President ' Finance
and Treasurer of Hallmark Cards Inc., Vice President and Treasurer and
then Vice President Controller of Ecolab, Inc. He started his career
with G.D. Searle in the international treasury area including an
expatriate assignment in the UK as European Treasurer. Mr. Bentcover
earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Eastern
Illinois University and received his MBA from the University of Chicago. Profile
