John Schonberg, CFA, Portfolio Manager and Principal of Stonebridge Capital Advisors, is responsible for the management of equity portfolios for institutions and high net worth individuals. As a member of the equity team, he serves on the research committee and works with the members of the equity team in the analysis, selection and structuring of the equity portfolios. Michael Dashner, CFA, Portfolio Manager, is a member of the equity team at Stonebridge Capital Advisors, and is responsible for equity trading and portfolio management. Mr. Kincade: Dennis Hippen and I worked very closely together at a division of Dain Rauscher, when it was Dain Rauscher. We left Dain Rauscher in 1997
