BENJAMIN COHEN is a member of the Board of Accor. Mr. Cohen was previously Vice President, Public Restaurants at Jacques Borel International (1964-1968); member of the Management Committee and Chief Executive Officer of the Jacques Borel International Group (1975); Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie des Hotels Jacques Borel (1972-1975); Managing Director (1975-1977), then Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sofitel (1977) and Union Touristique et Htelire (U.T.H.) (1979-1985); Executive Vice-President, International Business for Novotel S.I.E.H. (Socit d'Investissement et d'Exploitation Htelire) (1982-1983); Executive Vice President, Hotels and Member of the Management Committee of the Accor Group (1983-1988); Chairman of Croisires Paquet (1987-1994); Managing Director of the Accor Group (1989-1992); Group Executive Vice President (1992-1997); Director since 1994, then Managing Director and Vice Chairman of the Compagnie Internationale des Wagons-Lits et du Tourisme.
