BARRY MINDES is Chairman of the Board, CEO and founder of Interactive
Systems Worldwide, Inc. since inception. Mr. Mindes has been CEO of two
companies that he both founded and took public. Utilizing his experience
in real-time systems, he was responsible for implementing the NYOTB (New
York Off-Track Betting), Midwest Stock Exchange, and maintaining the
NYSE - Odd Lot Trading System. Mr. Mindes also held executive positions
at ITT Corp. and Computer Sciences Corp. In addition, he holds 11
