H. Edward Shill II, CFA, is Principal, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at QCI Asset Management. Mr. Shill’s primary responsibility is as Chief Investment Officer of QCI with an emphasis on the equity selection and portfolio construction process. Other primary responsibilities include portfolio management for institutional and taxable clients. Mr. Shill is the lead Portfolio Manager for the QCI Balanced Fund (MUTF:QCIBX). Mr. Shill joined the firm in 1992, after having served as an analyst and portfolio manager for five years for Fleet/Norstar Investment Advisors.
