SCOTT A. BAILY is a Vice President at BlueStone Capital Partners, where he focuses on medical devices and medical lasers. He has over 10 years of experience as a Research Analyst. LORNE CAPLAN is Managing Director of Corporate Finance at BlueStone Capital Partners and has over 10 years of investment experience, predominantly in health care-related areas. Prior to joining BlueStone Capital, he was associated with the venture capital firm Ventana/Consortium Capital Partners, and with the merchant banking group Sunrise Securities, where he set up the hedge fund group Trenton Investment Advisors, LLC. He began his career financing and researching small companies at Toronto Dominion Bank in Montreal and Toronto, and then progressed onto Marleau Lemire, where he headed the Venture Capital and Private Equity Group that specialized in health products and the healthy living sector. Mr. Caplan currently serves on several Boards, and has acted as an advisor to other well-known funds. CAROLINE Y. GOODMAN is a Research Analyst at BlueStone Capital Partners. She is associated with the Medical Technologies and Life Sciences Group, focusing on the biotechnology sector.
