GRANT R. BABYAK is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager in
TimesSquare's small cap growth group. Prior to joining the firm in 2000,
Mr. Babyak had managed small and mid-cap portfolios at Fiduciary Trust
Company International since 1996. He worked for six years at Avatar
Associates as an institutional portfolio manager and for two years at
United States Trust Company as a Securities Analyst. He earned a BA
degree from Yale University and an MBA degree from New York University. Profile
ANTHONY ROSENTHAL is a Vice President of Fiduciary Trust International.
He is responsible for managing institutional portfolios and performing
research on smaller capitalization stocks. Prior to joining the firm,
Mr. Rosenthal was employed by The Bank of New York, Salomon Brothers and
United States Trust Company of New York. He is a Chartered Financial
Analyst and earned a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and an MBA
