Analytics: David Beck – Rbc Capital Markets

DAVID BECK is a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets where he is a leader in the firm's enterprise software investment research efforts from New York. His focus includes enterprise software companies in the areas of analytics, integration and content management. Consistently a top ranked analyst over the last six years, he ranked number one in the 1999 and 2000 Reuters Institutional Investor survey and number one in the 1998, 1999 and 2001 Brendan Woods International survey for software analysts. Also, as previewed in the February 2001 edition of Upside Magazine, he achieved the highest one and three-year return on stock recommendations from a peer group of 179 US software analysts. Prior to becoming a financial analyst in 1994, he gained several years of experience with Deloitte Consulting and Nortel Networks. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Cloakware Corporation, a private security software company. He has also served on the Boards of Directors of Basis100 and CRS Robotics.
