TWST: Your coverage is not strictly e-commerce. How would you define it?
Youssef Squali has been the Managing Director and Global Head of Internet and Media Research at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. Research Division since July 2012. He has over 10 years of experience covering the internet sector. Prior to this, Mr. Squali was a Managing Director and Partner at Jefferies LLC Research Division, where he headed the Global Internet and New Media Research team. Mr. Squali was responsible for U.S. equity research and covered the internet software and services in the technology sector. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Director at Gleacher & Company, Inc. Research Division. Mr. Squali launched and managed Gleacher & Company, Inc.’s internet research practice. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Vice President at ING Groep N.V. Research Division. Prior to that, Mr. Squali served as a Managing Director at Laid law Global Securities, Inc., Research Division. He served as Senior Vice President at ING Barings. Mr. Squali served as Managing Director of Laidlaw Asset Management. He served as an Equity Analyst at Broadpoint Capital Inc. Research Division and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. Research Division.
