STEPHEN P. PERCOCO founded Lark Research in 1991. He is the publisher of
Net Realizable Value, a newsletter that primarily tracks the residential
real estate sector for institutional investors, and Income Builder, a
newsletter that follows the financial markets for individual investors.
Prior to 1991, Mr. Percoco was a high yield analyst at Salomon Brothers
and a credit analyst at Bank of Boston. He is a Chartered Financial
Analyst and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, where
he currently serves as Vice Chair of its Committee for Improved
Corporate Reporting. Mr. Percoco is a graduate of Bowdoin College and
