W. PHILLIP MARCUM, a Founder of Metretek Technologies, Inc., has served
as the Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer and a
Director of the company since its incorporation in April 1991. He also
serves as the Chairman of each of the company's subsidiaries. Mr. Marcum
currently serves on the Board of Directors of Key Energy Services, Inc.,
