William L. Fiedler

WILLIAM L. FIEDLER joined SeaChange International, Inc., as Chief
Financial Officer in September 1998. Prior to joining SeaChange, Mr.
Fiedler was Chief Financial Officer of Matrix One, Inc. a developer of
Product Data Management systems located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
Prior to MatrixOne, Mr. Fiedler was Chief Financial Officer of Hendrix
Electronics Inc., a developer of text processing and graphics publishing
systems. Mr. Fiedler also has held controllership positions at Bose
Corporation, a manufacturer of audio systems, and GTE Sylvania. Mr.
Fiedler has a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA degree from the University of
Massachusetts.
