Jerry Volas

Jerry Volas was named Chief Executive officer of TopBuild Corp. in connection with Masco Corporation’s spinoff transaction in June 2015. Prior to assuming the CEO role, Mr. Volas spent over 32 years with Masco Corporation in various positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Group President, a position he held beginning in 2006. During his tenure at Masco Corporation, Mr. Volas also served as President of Liberty Hardware for four years and in a number of progressive financial roles throughout the organization. Mr. Volas earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the board of directors of Trex Company, a manufacturer of wood-alternative decking and related products.
