THOMAS V. GEIMER has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors and a
Director of Accelr8 Technology Corporation since 1987. He currently
serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and
Secretary of the company. Mr. Geimer is responsible for the development
of the company’s business strategy, day-to-day operations, accounting
and finance functions. Before assuming full-time responsibilities at the
company, Mr. Geimer founded and operated an investment banking firm.
