THOMAS R. MIKLICH is Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of
Invacare Corporation, the leading worldwide manufacturer and distributor
of medical products for the home healthcare markets. He has served in
this capacity since joining the company in 1993. Prior to joining
Invacare, Mr. Miklich held the positions of Chief Financial Officer at
Sherwin-Williams from 1986 to 1991 and Executive Vice President for Van
Dorn Company from 1991 to 1993. He also serves on the Board of Directors
for the OM Group and is a member of the Financial Executives Institute.
