Theodore L. Parrish

THEODORE L. PARRISH is a Principal and Director of Investments at G.W.
Henssler & Associates, Ltd., a money management firm in Atlanta that
manages more than three-quarters of a billion dollars. Since joining
the firm in 1995, his responsibilities include managing all research and
trading activities of the firm. In 1998, Mr. Parrish became Principal
and Vice President of Portfolio Management for Henssler Asset
Management, LLC, a financial consulting and money management firm, and
adviser to The Henssler Equity Fund. This company is affiliated with
G.W. Henssler & Associates, Ltd. Mr. Parrish, hand picked by Gene
Henssler for his keen instincts and analytical skills, worked directly
with Dr. Henssler on the team that created The Henssler Equity Fund
(HEQFX) that was introduced to the marketplace in June 1998. As co-
Manager for the fund, Mr. Parrish continues to oversee all trading and
research activities for HEQFX. Drawing on his expertise in the market,
Mr. Parrish frequently co-hosts “Money Talks” with Dr. Henssler, an
investment advice talk radio show on WGST 640 AM in Atlanta. Locally,
Mr. Parrish’s opinions have appeared in The Atlanta Journal-
Constitution, Atlanta Business Chronicle, as well as the articles he has
written for Georgia Trend, a regional business magazine. Mr. Parrish
received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a
major in Finance, from Kennesaw State University. He holds the Series
7, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses. He is a Level III CFA candidate.
He is a member of the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts and an
affiliate of the Association for Investment Management and Research.
