Simon Yarmak, CFA, is a Vice President in the real estate sector, covering lodging and triple-net companies, at Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Inc. Mr. Yarmak joined the Research Team at Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Inc., in May 2007. Prior to launching coverage, Mr. Yarmak served as an Associate Analyst supporting the research of the lodging, multifamily, self-storage and student housing industries. Mr. Yarmak graduated with an MBA and a graduate certificate of investments from the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business, and also holds an M.A. and B.A. in Talmudic Law from Ner Israel College. In addition, he holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Yarmak is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
