Shabtai Adlersberg

SHABTAI ADLERSBERG co-founded AudioCodes Ltd. in 1993 and has served as
Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer since its
inception. Mr. Adlersberg co-founded DSP Group, Inc., a fabless
semiconductor company, in 1987. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Adlersberg served
as the Vice President of Engineering of DSP Group, Inc., and from 1990
to 1992 he served as Vice President of Advanced Technology. Mr.
Adlersberg holds a Master’s of Science in Electronics and Computer
Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s of Science in
Electrical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
