Robert J. Hermann

ROBERT J. HERMANN is a Vice President and Senior Investment Manager with
Comerica Incorporated. He joined the firm in 1984 and holds the position
of Vice President in the Investment Management Group, specializing in
Investment Management for high net-worth clients. He is co-manager of
Comerica Private Banking Equity Growth Model. Mr. Hermann is a member of
the Private Banking Investment Policy Committee. His previous experience
was in trust investment with First National Bank of Cincinnati where he
was responsible for equity research and strategy. He earned his BBA from
the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Hermann is a Chartered Financial
Analyst and a graduate of the National Graduate Trust School. He is also
affiliated with the Association for Investment Management and Research,
Mid-Michigan Planned Giving Council, Northeastern Michigan Estate
Planning Council and Tri-City Economics Club. His community interests
include current Chairperson of the Midland, Michigan, Chamber of
Commerce and the Arnold Center, a support center for mentally and
physically challenged individuals.
ANTHONY J. LATOS is a Vice President and Senior Investment Manager for
Comerica Incorporated. He is responsible for the management of large
equity and fixed income portfolios. Mr. Latos formerly oversaw the
development and management of Private Banking’s venture capital products
and services. He is co-manager of Private Banking’s Growth Strategy.
Mr. Latos is a member of the Investment Policy Committee and a past
member of the Bank’s Proxy Voting Committee. He served four years in
Comerica’s Internal Audit Department where he was an Audit Specialist in
Trust and Finance. Mr. Latos earned a BA degree in Finance from Western
Michigan University and an MBA degree from Wayne State University. He is
a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the Investment Analysts
Society of Detroit and the Association for Investment Management and
Research. Mr. Latos serves on the Board of Directors of Fox Manor, an
independent living facility, and VIA Information Tools Inc., a privately
held software company.
