Rick M. McConnell

RICK M. MCCONNELL was appointed President and Chief Executive
Officer of Latitude Communications, Inc., the leading provider of
integrated voice and Web conferencing solutions, in September
2002. Previously, beginning in August 2001, Mr. McConnell was the
company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all
primary operating functions of Latitude, including development,
marketing, sales, support and operations. Mr. McConnell joined
Latitude in November 1998 as Chief Financial Officer, in which
role he led the company’s successful initial public offering in
May 1999. Before joining Latitude, Mr. McConnell was Chief
Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance and Administration,
at Storm Technology. In that role, he oversaw a 20-fold growth in
revenue and directed all aspects of the company’s IPO. Prior to
Storm, Mr. McConnell was a Financial Engineer with Credit Suisse
First Boston. Mr. McConnell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Quantitative Economics and a Master’s of Business Administration
degree from Stanford University. Additionally, Mr. McConnell
published several software study guides in economics distributed
internationally by W.W. Norton & Company. Mr. McConnell has
spoken at numerous investor and technology conferences, including
several of those sponsored by organizations such as Chase H&Q,
Credit Suisse First Boston, Dain Rauscher Wessels, Goldman Sachs,
and Raymond James Communications Software and Electronic
Conferencing Forum.
