RICHARD J. DEPIANO is Chairman and CEO of Escalon Medical Corporation
headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Escalon in 1996,
Mr. DePiano was a Managing Partner at Sandhurst Group as well as a
Partner and Director of Tax Operations at Touche, Ross & Co. He
received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Drexel
University. Mr. DePiano serves as Director of Escalon Medical Corp.,
Surgical Laser Technologies (Chairman), Staples Holdings Limited and
Millennium International Limited.
