Peter S. Welles

PETER S. WELLES has been President of Emerging Growth Advisors, Inc.,
since 1993 and is the sub’Adviser and Manager of the Harbor Growth Fund.
Mr. Welles earned a BA in Mathematics from Yale University and an MA and
MBA from Harvard Business School. He was an Officer in the United States
Marine Corps from 1963 to 1966. Mr. Welles is a Chartered Financial
Analyst – Financial Analysts Federation and a member of the Association
of Investment Management & Research.
