Norman L. Phelps

NORMAN (NORM) L. PHELPS is President and Chief Executive Officer of
Tangram Enterprise Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of IT asset
management software and services. Mr. Phelps joined the Tangram
management team in January of 2000 with more than 35 years of business
expertise in information technology, executive management, and customer
care. His corporate leadership experience has been instrumental in
expanding Tangram’s IT asset management portfolio and leading the
company’s customer-centric vision. Prior to joining Tangram, Mr. Phelps
held various strategic management positions, including Chief Information
Officer at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of North Carolina and Chief
Executive Officer of National Liberty Corporation, a Philadelphia-based
insurance provider. In the course of his career, Mr. Phelps has also
served as Executive Vice President at Colonial Penn Group, president of
Colonial Penn Group’s Information Systems Data Corporation, and
Assistant Vice President of government programs at CNA Insurance in
Chicago.
